Dear Member Leaders, Risk Managers, and HR Professionals,

Innovation happens when we stop looking at risk in "silos" and start looking at the overlap in risk management strategy opportunities within our health and worker safety captive programs. With that vision in mind, we are thrilled to announce the 2026 Peace Church Health, Wellness and Safety Summit, a first-of-its-kind joint event bringing together the memberships of both PCHIP and PCWSP.

Why We are Bringing PCHIP and PCWSP Together

We know that healthier employees contribute to a safer workplace and that best practice alignment in both strategies leads to a more engaged staff in delivering on your core missions. By joining forces, we are creating a unique space where HR professionals and Risk Managers can collaborate on the strategies that drive our collective success. In addition, this is an incredible opportunity to demonstrate the value of our programs to prospective members. They will have a chance to see peer exchange live and in person and have an opportunity to engage with current members about the value that these two programs bring to our communities.

An Update on Our Schedule

To make this high-impact event possible, we have made two strategic shifts to our 2026 meetings calendar:

  • For PCWSP Members: We have rescheduled our summit from August to this new date in November. This allows us to significantly expand the curriculum and provide a more robust in-person experience.

  • For PCHIP Members: This seminar will replace our year-end Benefits and Health Risk Management Committee Meeting that usually takes place at the December Subscriber Meeting. We believe that shifting our focus from a standard committee meeting to an interactive, peer-led learning summit provides a much higher "return on your time."

What are the topics you want addressed? Whether it’s a specific regulatory hurdle, a new safety technology, or a creative way to engage employees in wellbeing initiatives, we invite you to submit your topic suggestions.
