Residential cottage

Launched in June 2026,

PCPIP was formed to respond to the following Property insurance issues:

       Lack of coverage or capacity

       Volatile deductible levels

Underwriting that didn’t reflect the experience of Peace Church Members

Under this program, Members will partner with like-minded organizations to improve coverage terms.  This strategy provides control and stability of risk financing and smooths industry cyclical fluctuations.  By unbundling the insurance mechanism, members gain direct access to reinsurance markets, leveraging the size of the group and the level of risk, to obtain the best possible terms and conditions for members.  This approach also serves to enhance transparency and accountability of program partners. All Members share in the success of the program.

The program is open to continuing care retirement communities, intellectual and developmental disability providers and other like-minded not-for-profit organizations based in the United States.  Current members reside in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, California, and Arizona with additional states being added as new Members join the program.
