Members “invest in” and “own” their risks exclusively with other Peace Church, not for profit, aging services providers, all known to one another. They have common interests, commitments and incentives, and thereby are directly rewarded by sharing in the profits of the company, based upon performance. Members work together in providing the safest environments and practices for their residents, people under their care and their employees.
